This dish is almost certainly the most popular Zurich dish in Switzerland: Züri G'schnetzeltes. Throughout the year, we celebrate different dishes from different cantons. On 29 April we serve the the famous dish from Canton Zurich.

The modern employee restaurant presents a changing and varied range of freshly cooked menus every day. From traditional to exotic and light to hearty, the spacious restaurant offers four different menu lines and a generous salad buffet.
